Shortly after her first birthday, Skylar was diagnosed with Rett syndrome, a rare and severe neurodevelopmental disorder that primarily affects females. Despite the challenges posed by Rett syndrome, Skylar’s spirit shines brightly, inspiring those around her with her resilience and determination.
